The architect that I brought in had to change the mechanical drawings in order to get approval. [redacted] was aware of the extra cost and all changes needed. [redacted] had made a mistake and overpaid me which I immediately informed Noelle about. I returned a payment of $35,000 and the remaining $25,000 was paid to the architect, mechanical engineer, plumbers and electricians. The invoice was emailed to Noelle. They made a check to me for $75,000 from which my original balance was $15 ,000 and $25,000 which is the extra change order including professional trades and fees and I returned $35,000 by check. For over 25 years of working as a GC in NY I never had any problems or complains from a client. Thank you.
