providing the public with an economically expeditious option to achieve a clean vehicle After reviewing this matter thoroughly via circumstance and camera surveillance, Thunderfalls Management has determined that the cause of the mirror malfunction on Ms*** ***'s vehicle was not related to the improper function of the wash equipment or process The car's mirror was not properly functioning upon entrance into the carwash, and the facility is not responsible for any damage on a vehicle that exists prior to entering the wash Our superior carwashing facility has documentation of literally thousands of cars that have been washed before and after Ms***'s incident on February 14, without suffering damage of any kind Thunderfalls Carwash will stand behind its company policy of not being responsible for prior body damage, loose chrome, or non standard accessories This policy is clearly displayed on the carwash building at the entrance of the bay for the customers to view before entering the facility. We are sorry that Ms*** has had an undesirable experience at our carwash, and hope that she will realize the damage to her mirror was clearly not caused by the carwash process If the wash was malfunctioning, we would have hundreds of broken mirrors every day, and that is not the case.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter,Steve P***Thunderfalls Carwash Management

*** *** I have reviewed the company's response and I do not accept their responseMy mirror was in perfect working condition before entering the car washDuring the process of washing my car their roller brush knocked my mirror completely backwards and now it will not stop where it should upon opening it. I immediately notified Dennis of the damage upon exiting the car washThey claim to have video of the washing process, if they reviewed it, they will see how my mirror was damaged.
