In response to this complaint first I take great offense to being calked a liar Mr *** was referring to the problem we had with a *** watch and I can show youEvery piece of paperwork from *** to prove what I told Mr *** to be trueSecond Mr *** brought this watch back with
the buckle and links totally scratched up not sure what he did to the watch but there is no way that watch could be resold as isI told him the only way I can take this back is if *** watch will repair it at no charge by replacing the band or just taking the watch back which I told Mr *** I was going to do todayI trully don't see the complaint I said I would check on it today and he called me a liar which I take very seriously our business has been since and with very few complaints that doesn't happen by accident No I will not refund him back money as he damaged his watch but I will call today to see if *** will replace watch or the band for no charge for the customer and if *** will do that I will let Mr *** pick out another watch that will not irritate his wrist Mr *** didn't even give me hours to resolve this before complaining to the Revdex.com he is being very unreasonable.
