national health enrollment center will not stop calling me. Random numbers from different states call all day for two days now. They are also very rude hanging up and lieing about a no call list that must not actually exist because I've have supposedly been put on it about eight times now. I don't see any option other than spending money to change my number.

This company is repeatedly calling using numbers from different states. I have explained that I have insurance and would like to be placed on a do not call list. I have been hung up on multiple times trying to explain that I need to be removed from their calling list.

Review: I have been receiving calls since last Friday from numbers all over the U.S. No message has been left. I ran the numbers and it comes back to this Healthcare Enrollment. Since I have decided on my insurance I decided to not answer the numbers. When they kept calling, I started blocking them. This morning I answered and asked to please be removed from the list since I no longer need any insurance. I have received 20 calls not to mention those that have been rejected because of blocking. I have answered 7 calls and asked them to please remove my name from the list. Only two have even acknowledged me when I asked to be removed. The other 5 hung up on me. The other 13 calls have either hung up before I could answer or hung up on me when I answered. These people are extremely annoying and are costing me time away from my job. I just want to be removed from their list.Desired Settlement: DO NOT CALL ME ANY MORE!!!

Review: Repeat phone calls from multiple numbers, hang ups, failure to remove my number after multiple requests, harassment

I continue to receive repeat calls from multiple numbers, listed below, including hang up calls, trying to sell me health insurance, they ignore requests to remove my number. as soon as I ask, they hang up on me. sometimes they say they'll remove my number, but the calls just won't stop. This is harassment, and it is wasting a lot of valuable time, and I want to sue this irresponsible, corrupt organization. It is especially troubling because they have information about my application for health insurance, which is personal information. Clearly these people can't be trusted. I am worried about identity theft now.

Review: Repeated phone calls

I received 11 calls from this company in a 30 minute period, from various numbers asking to speak with "Allen" (not my name). I asked to speak to a manager and asked that my number be removed from any calling list. He said they would do that, but said it would take 24-48 hours and, if during that time, I answered any other calls from them, it would be undone. I said that was unacceptable as I sometimes receive work calls from trunk lines that I don't recognize. He admitted that they were robodialling me. He then said that any suggestion that a national do not call list exists was untrue. I said it did exist and I would file a complaint. He would tell me only that they were the "enrollment center" and based in Florida. I can provide the various numbers used to call me if needed.Desired Settlement: A change in practice that does not have them calling multiple times in a short span of time. Even if someone did enter my phone number by accident, there is no reason for a legitimate company to call so many times in quick succession.

I would also like to know that they have educated their managers that a national do not call list, run by the FTC, does exist.

Review: I have received repeated calls from this business, though I do not know how my number was obtained and have asked to be removed from the calling list.

I have received over 25 calls from various numbers unknown to me in the past three days. When I have answered, many of the callers identified themselves from the "Heatlh Enrollment Center" or "National Enrollment Center." At times, when I have answered and asked to speak to a supervisor or asked how my number was obtained, the caller hung up. When I have called numbers back, the phone is often hung up. I do not know how my number was obtained by this organization, but I am extremely annoyed and angry about having to deal with repeated unwanted phone calls. I asked several times for my number to be taken off the calling list and have been told that it could have been given out to several vendors and I will have to tell each vendor separately that I would like to be removed from the list.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive no further phone calls from this business or any affiliated business.

Review: Sales call: when I said I wasn't familiar with their organization and I wasn't giving out personal information,the individual hungup. their#[redacted] same as above.Desired Settlement: Take me off their call list, they called a cell phone and I don't know how they got my number in the first place.

Review: I was in the market for health insurance and was contacted by EHealth, signed up for [redacted] specifically advised I did not need coverage til 1/1/2016 covered under my husbands insurance until that date, his company would be paying/reimbursing our account for ongoing coverage as of 1/1/2016. Payment was pulled same or next date 12/3/15....representative confirmed payment not to be pulled until 1/1/2016, Representative did not give alternative payment methods, ie.. one time payments or on line payment.

Noticed debit to my account [redacted] advised nothing they could do, (unreal)and could not take action until 12/29/2015 to reverse back into my account???Contacted my bank funds were immediately reversed.

This is an ongoing nitemare!!!Desired Settlement: You need to hold these people accountable for very shady business practices, would never ever do business with this group again!

Review: Soliciting personal information (SSN, DOB, address, etc) via telephone by stating I requested a call for assistance with Medicare Enrollment.

My father received a phone call one day prior to [redacted] ending. He was told that they received a request to assist him with enrolling in an program. Luckily, he told them I was reviewing his enrollment status and to speak with me. She stated the same line to me and I asked the name of her company, who requested and when. She said it was an online request for Medicare enrollment (I certainly had made no request)she would transfer me to an enrollment specialist agent. I asked who and when specifically made a request for assistance and very pensively she said, "Ok,just let me ask you a few questions to access your records... Social Security number and date of birth...". I said NO, let me ask you a few questions... SHE HUNG UP.Desired Settlement: I am not requesting a settlement. I firmly believe this was an attempt to take advantage of senior citizens confused by the Medicare enrollment process and either solicit enrollment in their insurance program or to acquire personal info for identity/credit theft.

Review: This company claims to be the intermediary between consumers and health insurance companies. In reality, they simply charge your credit card and do absolutely nothing else.Desired Settlement: I believe my credit card company will resolve this issue and refund my money. However, I have to go through the process of cancelling my credit card and re-instating a new card everywhere. If my credit card company will not refund my money, I would hope the company that charged my card for no services rendered will. Even if I can't get my money back for some reason, I hope this company is at least taken off the internet, at the most, tried in court for fraud and thievery. I will happily testify against this scummy "company".

Review: Advertising free, no obligation quotes, then making phone threats and misrepresenting by claiming they are a National Health Enrollment Center. I was trying to find information regarding Federal Government/State health insurance enrollment and prices. I found this site-link from [redacted], and assumed it was legitimate. I clicked the free no obligation button,and it suddenly I was at e-surance with a list of all kinds of regular insurance companies and prices. Within seconds of closing the site (as it was obvious it wasn't a government program)my phone rang and it was a sales person. I told them I wasn't interested; that I was looking for low income/no income government programs, not regular insurance with extremely high premiums.As of One day later, I have received nearly 30 calls, two with threat messages saying if I don't call and "finish" my application with 24 hours I will be permanently rejected and prevented from getting health insurance!It is despicable they pass themselves off as a government program, and resort to threats and phone harassment. The nasty messages come from a phone number in [redacted], though I have received calls from three different [redacted] cities, plus a few from other states.Desired Settlement: I believe they should be punished for faulty advertising and should be forced to remove/change their name so there is no doubt they are just a bunch of insurance agents, not an official government site. They should have their link pulled from [redacted] as they are not helping with the government voucher programs or exchanges.

Review: An individual called my phone and offered health insurance. I asked him who it was he worked for and he was very rude and would not answer. He hungup March 6, 2014. I received an unauthorized phone call from the number, ([redacted]. The individual claimed I accessed his website. I asked him which website, he said, "The health insurance one you accessed." I asked him the name and he said it was [redacted] That is inaccurate, that website would not give out my personal cell phone number. I asked him who he worked for and he said all the health insurance companies. He continued to be very rude and aggressive and hung up the phone. I only asked who he worked for and how did he get my phone number. I called back and received several other rude responses.Desired Settlement: I want this company to be put on alert. There should be some reprimand that these workers should have to be given. This is unacceptable behavior.

Review: They have called me over 100 times today. When I asked them to stop they use abusive language and refuse to let me speak to a manager.

This company called 37 times today. They will not tell you the name of the company, only Insurance Enrollment. My caller I.[redacted] When I googled this number, I found your Revdex.com listing of them. I called the number back to ask that they not call me until after 5p.m. Then they hung up on me. 5 minutes later they called me back. I asked them numerous times to stop calling me. They have refused. When I asked to speak to a manager, they hang up on you. Now when I call, someone screams in the phone, "STOP CALLING HERE!!" One employee told me I must have a crappy life to keep calling them back. Another employee called me a bh for messing up his sales. How can they get away with this type of abuse? How do I file an official claim against them?

Even after "taking my name off their list" they have called me 75 times in the last 2 hours.Desired Settlement: None. They need stop treating the American public like this.

Says National Health Enrollment Center. They have called me at least 9 times per day. I answer and say "do not call me and permanently take my name and number off of your list. I have told you several times to do this."

I have asked for their company name and address and they hang up. Then call me back.

Review: I was on Health.gov and signed up for information. Now the company refuses to remove my phone number from their database. I receive 5-10 calls a day from different parts of the country and to change my phone number it will cost me 40 dollars through my cell phone carrier. THEY WERE ON A GOVERNMENT WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS PROGRAM IS SUCH BULL.Desired Settlement: STOP CALLING ME NOW.
