eHealth America keeps taking money from my account without authorization. They will not return calls or emails.$239.97 so far,causing overdrafts
In Sept I tried their product. It was not what I expected so I contacted company to get the money back guarantee. Company said it was all taken care of and they would credit me the $79.99. They did not and took out another $79.99 in October. I called again and got a story about Little Suzy and her inability to do her job correctly and the CEO would take care of it. They did not. In November they took another $79.99 and will not return my calls or emails. I called the bank and tried to put a stop payment on it but it was too late. The same day they switched names to Columbia Vista Health and took another $79.99! Being a senior citizen on a fixed income this has caused several overdraft fees, and much hardship. This is a total of $319.96 they stole from my account and about 100.00 in additional fees. Please help
I would like to have them refund the money they stole from my account; a total of 319.96 plus the 100.00 in od fees and a letter of apology for defrauding a senior citizen.
My father *** purchased a few bottles of Osterplex from this company back in Oct or Nov 2017. Since then he has received cases and cases of supplements he does not want or has ordered. He is 90 in Aug 2018 he is frail, hard of hearing, and very easily confused and this company has taken advantage of a very elder man. He has received 8 or 9 cases of supplements he has no use for, never heard of and cannot take at his age. He has received 32 bottles of HGH Human growth hormone each having over 100 pills, turmeric, Ashwaganda, Astragulus, tulvia testosterone booster, safflower oil Cla, Green coffee bean extract. He has no idea what they are their benefit to him, he can't take them due to his health and medical issues he has. Health America can't be reached we have sent letters to them, phone calls to many to count, letters to attorney general offices off Fla and NC nothing. Reached out the the bank of the charge card used, we canceled the card somehow Health America continued to charge another shipment June 29th 2018. the total now is well over 9,000.00 to a man on a fixed income. this is definitely a case of elder financial abuse if I ever saw one. We are desperate for this to get solved. If they did call him and spoke with him he wouldn't remember what was said a few hours later. Please any help with this matter will be appreciate. He is beyond frustrated and so is his family with this situation.
Refund They have preyed on an elderly man which is a crime in itself I hope this can be resolved and this company is never allowed to do this to an elderly person again. He had no idea he was receiving shipments until Jan of 2018 when his daughters noticed several boxes in his living room that had not been opened and they opened them and flipped out when they saw the invoices and the costs of these supplements to him. He does not have the means for this and this is a slap in the face to an elderly man.

I have received numerous phone calls from this company. When receiving these calls, they are persistent and have round about ways of getting information. They were able to get my credit card information. This company ended up signing me up for products that I never wanted. I have received the products. I have called this company to tell them I do not want what they sent and I would like a to return it. They will not allow me to. They are charging me $399.99 for these unwanted products. I would like for these solicitation calls to stop, would like to return my product, and make sure I am not charged for these products.
