Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They could have handled it in a better wayI've been to hundreds of junk yards all over this country and have never been so disappointed with the service and description of there productsI drove several hours out of the way since I was told they had "good" partsThen I wasn't given a chance to discuss the conditions of said partsI've worked in a body shop with no ac for plus years and we never closed early because of the heat, our customers always came first no matter whatThey misrepresent the description of the parts then over charged me for them Sincerely, [redacted]

I'm sorry that you feel this way. We value our good customers and value our employees and their health. The parts dismantlers are outside in the heat in the direct sunlight, not in a garage with a fan blowing on them, not in the shade, so when it is extremely hot with heat indexes above degrees we do close a little early, and in the winter, we will even start late if there is too much snow and the roads are still nasty.You called on July 18, early afternoon, we checked the parts and called you back. You stated you would be here around 1:30pm-2:00pm, I informed you that would be fine and let you know we would be closing between 3:00pm and 4:00pm due to the heat. However, you did not get here until almost 3:30pm, stating you were sorry but ended up picking up some of the parts that we checked for you somewhere else. I was not rude, I did not turn you away instead we stayed almost an hour latet pulling the parts for you (that again you picked out). The dismantler moved cars with the loader to get to the car with the bumper on it that you wanted.When I rang up your receipt you never once stated anything regarding damage on the parts. There was plenty of opportunity to discuss any issues you had. We require all customers to see ANY body parts we sell before we pull them to insure the customers satisfaction and if there are any issues they can be addressed properly
