I reject Mrs. [redacted] response for every reason indicated on Attachment named 'BBB reply to dealer'. Ive also provided additional documents to support the information I've provided. I hope all my efforts will result in a positive outcome to this disturbing experience. I thank think you for your consideration and for the opportunity to be heard on this platform.

I found the same vehicle at 2 other Dealerships and they were at least $3000 more than what E&J Automotive sold the vehicle for. Dear Ms. [redacted]:
In response to your letter dated 03/09/2016 from the Revdex.com (Revdex.com), I attest to the following information: Regarding the "Customer's Statement of the Problem," all allegations are to be noted as being a direct copy of the same allegation(s)/complaint(s) submitted by the same consumer to the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles and the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner. Both regulatory agencies have investigated the consumer's complaint(s) and are pending final disposition. Regarding Ms. [redacted]'s allegations concerning the mechanical condition(s) of the purchased vehicle, absent vehicle price, absent warranty information, and placement of the buyer's guide — the allegations have been investigated and addressed by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles during Ms. [redacted]'s complaint-driven investigation. Upon a recent investigation conducted by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) on Wednesday, March 09, 2016, the TxDMV investigator advised there aren't any allegations for the TxDMV to pursue since the "AS IS" form was provided to and signed by the consumer. Furthermore, at the conclusion of the TxDMV investigator's review, the assigned investigator advised there weren't any significant violations during the limited review and Ms. [redacted] would be provided the same information. Regarding Ms. [redacted]'s allegations and request for "reparations..." and "...compensation for repair expenditures..." the vehicle was sold "AS IS" with no warranty (as elected by the consumer). E & I Automotive completed its due diligence by completing an "Auto-Check" prior to selling the specified vehicle and conducted an inspection of the vehicle within the selling guidelines of the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, The consumer test drove the vehicle prior to purchase and made an informed decision to purchase the used vehicle understanding the vehicle was "used" and E & J Automotive only sells "used" vehicles. Understandably, there is a certain risk level associated with purchasing a "used" vehicle with regard to any "existing or developing" mechanical concerns; however, in all motor vehicle sales, consumers are encouraged to test drive and personally inspect each vehicle prior to purchase. E &J Automotive does its best to ensure a dependable vehicle is provided to consumers but cannot provide such a guarantee; this is why a warranty product is available for our consumers to purchase at their discretion. The fact the vehicle was sold "AS IS" was made clear and the consumer signed the "AS IS" document understanding the risks and implications involved with making a "used" vehicle purchase. This consumer elected to not purchase a warranty plan.According to E & .1 Automotive correspondence records, the consumer reported alleged mechanical concerns to E & J Automotive approximately 90 days after the date of purchase. Therefore, E & J Automotive is neither admitting to nor responsible for Ms. [redacted]'s alleged vehicle repairs, repair expenses, or other alleged mechanical concerns,Regarding Ms. [redacted]'s allegations concerning contract [motor vehicle retail installment contract] violations, E & J Automotive cannot comment on this allegation as it is too general of an allegation in the consumer's complaint.E & I Automotive is licensed by the Officer of Consumer Credit Commissioner in the State of Texas and is subject to adhering to designated statutes and rules enforced by this agency in regard to motor vehicle installment sales transactions. E & 1 Automotive was granted a motor vehicle sales finance license by the State of Texas in October 2015 and makes compliance a top priority in all transactions.
