This is in response to the above complaint that I have already responded to the two previous ones and our stand is the exact same from the original All warranties were explained in regards to the Garage Door Opener and again as follows: The manufacture states Lifetime on the motor and years on the belt and we guarantee our service for first days on the labor After the first days if we have to return, we do apply a trip charge which we have returned on several occasions and had detailed walks with the customer and her kids and have not charged her any additional charges She was told that the next time we had to return, we would apply the trip charge The several times that we have gone out to address her issue, which is the same one that continues, it is no malfunction other than user error During the last conversation with this customer she verbally threatened and at that time we determined we will not continue to do business with her Since we have completed her job, we have continued to provide service in that neighborhood and have had 100% satisfaction with all our clients We take pride in our work and customer care and had no other complaints which is clearly shown with our good standing with the Revdex.com Please feel free to contact us with any further concerns

This is in response to the complaint ID # *** written

First, our records indicate that this customer did not
pay
the original $ charge for the install at the time the garage opener or
security system was put in as she didn’t have the cash and needed to go to the
bank, but did give $cash as a tip for the installer helping her with a dryer
vent. When any of our team member go to
customer’s home to sale our services, we are very straight forward with what we
have to offer and what they will get. There
is never been a bait and hook to get customers.
We have gone out to the customer’s home to examine the trouble
different times through the course of the last months and never found a
problem other than user errorIt appears that somebody is pulling on the rope
when there is no need to do suchDuring the last appointment it was explained
to Ms*** that in the event that the same problem arouse and someone from
our office had to go out again, and nothing was found to be wrong or user
error, then we would have to apply the trip chargeWe do offer lifetime
warranty on the motor, years on the belt, and days on the labor, but in
this particular case the issue is not the motor and according to the dates she
shows below, and the current date of today, we serviced beyond standard
practice
Ms*** was called back again on 9-20-and after
minutes of discussion and trying to determine if an appointment would be necessary,
she became combative and explained that if we did go out to her home then she
wouldn’t be responsible if anyone got hurt.
She was asked if that was a threat, and her direct reply was no, it was
a promise. At this time, Ms*** was
told we would no longer do any business with her, nor have contact due to the
threat and to protect safety. It was
offered, once more the fix to her problem she needed to pull the rope back and
it would catch and cycle, but she didn’t want to hear it nor attempt.
We have done numerous homes in the same community and the
neighboring community of Ms*** and have not had issues with the other
customers. With our services and
products offered, we have many satisfied customers on her same street that
recommended us to their neighbors and friends
Our good standing with the Revdex.com with a Rating of A since
is a privilege and shows the past work ethics and practices

All warranties were explained in regards to the Garage Door Opener and again as follows:  The manufacture  states Lifetime on the motor and 10 years on the belt and we guarantee our service for first 90 days on the labor.  After the first 90 days if we have to return, we do apply a trip charge which we have returned on several occasions and had detailed walks with the customer and her kids and have not charged her any additional charges.  She was told that the next time we had to return, we would apply the trip charge  The several times that we have gone out to address her issue, which is the same one that continues, it is no malfunction other than user error.  During the last conversation with this customer she verbally threatened and at that time we determined  we will not continue to do business with her.  Since we have completed her job, we have continued to provide service in that neighborhood and have had 100% satisfaction with all our clients.  We take pride in our work and customer care and had no other complaints which is clearly shown with our good standing with the Revdex.com.

I just verified with both the corporate partner and my local office in San Antonio that a checked in the amount of $ 216.44 which is 4 months cleared to his account on May 30th.

I am rejecting this response because:
Mr [redacted] is lying and that is very unprofessional. To be perfectly honest do anyone really believe he installed my garage door opener a door bell FREE.......nothing is free these days...the opener was $99 I let Mr [redacted] keep the change of $1 the $15 Mr [redacted] is speaking about is because he hooked up my washer and dryer connection and I gave him $15 because I appreciate this extra service which had nothing to do with the installation of the garage opener...
On 2 different occassions Mr [redacted] has admitted to me that he has had a problem with another gentlemen's garage opener and he fixed it and about 2 years ago he had a whole bad set of garage door openers and he made good on all those customers. So Mr [redacted] is completely lying when he said he has never had problems with his garage openers....In 10 years of service someone will have a problem but if you are a good company with values your customer, if there is a problem with your garage opener the best thing to do is to come fix the problem correctly so the business will not have to be called out again to the home.. Mr [redacted] is stating that we are breaking the garage opener by pulling on the cord which this is what he told us to do to correct the problem...He told us to do something now he is saying we are breaking it......all because he do not want to come out to fix the problem probably because he knows this is one of the defective openers......I explained to Mr [redacted] that this maybe one of the faulty garage door opener and all I want is for one of his workers to come fix it or give me another opener and he will never have to hear from me..How can you give a life time warranty then when the opener breaks you don't want to come fix it?
He is so unprofessional because he argue and argue with customers and hang up the phone in your face he threaten customers that if I go to the Revdex.com that he would say im deframing his name and file on me...come on Mr [redacted] just fix the opener...what does he expect me to do, just keep opening a new garage door opener manually..I have explained to Mr [redacted] that I have a work injury and I do not suppose to be lifting heavy objects...Mr [redacted] motto should be "customers are always right" and if there is a problem come fix it until it's fixed right!
Mr [redacted] is also lying when he said he offered someone from his company to come fix the problem... no he won't allow the workers in Houston to come...Mr [redacted] lives in San Antonio and I do prefer one of his workers to come out and fix it right because apparantly Mr [redacted] can't fix it hisself because he has been out before but the problem still exit. ....he said if he wasn't the one to come that none of his workers would come...Mr [redacted] is the one that treaten me. Mr [redacted] is lying when he said if someone in his company come to my home there would be body injury...why would I hurt someone coming to fix my garage door opener....im not a violent person and have had such a insult said to me. Mr [redacted] is a habitual liar...He continues to lie lie lie...
Mr [redacted] just fix my garage door opener and you will not have to hear from me. That is all im asking..the opener is 1year 1/2 old and from the 1st month the opener was installed it has been malfunctioning...why do I have to keep going back and forth with Mr [redacted] about his product that he so highly recommend...
I have voided my warranty with the builders by allowing Mr [redacted] to install my garage door opener and he is not on the homebuilders contract I have not lost my 10year warranty on my garage door opener...I was not aware of that until I called the business office and they informed me that if I allowed anyone else to install a garage door opener that my 10 year warranty on the garage door is voided...I never would have allowed Mr [redacted] to install a garage door opener and have my new home warranty on the garage door voided...my garage door opener is broken more than it is working...now what does that sound like to you? Now Mr [redacted] said he knows what's wrong with the opener and he again will tell me to pull on the cord and again said I broke it because the opener seems to be getting off track and when the motor is going it's not pulling the garage door open...it moves up and down the rod by it's self without the connection of the door opener..I have never stated that the motor does not work. All I know is that the garage door opener is not working properly and I want it fixed and yes I did pay Mr [redacted] $99 to install my new garage door opener.
Mr [redacted] please stop the nonsense and fix my garage door opener
Please all I need is what is due to me...my garage door opener to work properly...that's it. That is what I paid for.  This is bad business. I think Mr [redacted] is prejudice toward me because im a black female and he thought he would be able to take advantage of me but it's my right to get what I paid for...nothing was free I even paid him for connecting my washer and dryer...I got nothing free. Mr [redacted] is completely lying and that is another reasong I do not want him at my home. He may send one of his workers to fix the problem.
