This is a terrible company. They never showed up. I am only giving them one star because [redacted] doesn't allow me to continue "without" rating. My rating would be zero stars.
They were nice at the beginning, when I was scheduling the job. I needed to move out on a Sunday morning on the last day of my lease. It sounded a little bit like the representative ([redacted]) was doing me a favor. But he scheduled me for the morning. So far so good.
On Saturday morning I called them to confirm and everything was fine. In the afternoon, the company called me to tell me that my window was 11am-2pm. On Sunday, the driver called me at 1pm, saying that they were on their way, probably arriving by 2pm. At 1:45, they called me again, now saying that they had to pick up and drop somebody else before me, but I shouldn't worry because "he only had 10 bags". I called multiple times, with almost no information. The dispatcher in the office was not able to help me. At some point, she was only condescending, telling me "patience, patience, patience" at 5pm! I called the driver again and again, with no answer. At 5:30pm he called me and said he was coming in 1 hour. At 7pm he said half an hour. That was the last time we talked. Of course, they never showed up or called to cancel the job.

Review: I was given a quote of 1499 to move from ** to **. The movers were to arrive on * May to pick up items. I was called on ** Apr and told that the movers would be therebetween 1400-1600. I received a call on the [redacted] stating that they would be there [redacted] 1700. At 1930 they still had not arrived. I had contacted the driver repeatedly to get amanager to call since no one in the office would answer their phones. I told the manager that they had expired the time that I could have them come that day as I was movingto get away from an abusive relationship and didn't want anyone to know that I was moving. I informed the manager that I needed the mover there the next day with a 10%discount otherwise I was taking my business elsewhere and he said "okay". The movers called at around 0800 the [redacted] of May and asked what time would be good, Iinformed them that 0900-0930 would be okay, they arrived at around 0940. They started packing around 1000. The gentlemen were nice enough until one of them spilled a cup of coffee on the carpet, didn't even try to apologize. Then after I filled out the company worksheet the driver informed me that it would cost $2600 vs the $1499 I was quoted. I had informed the salesman that I would need approximately 30 boxes for them to pack and that I had a bunch more that I didn't need boxes for and that I had roughly 1800 lbs of stuff. The drivers then told me they knew nothing about the discount and that they couldn't do anything about it and that I'd have to talk to the manager. Additionally,the drivers asked for a tip...again, after spilling coffee on the carpet. I called, left messages, e-mailed the company and no one answered me. Today, someone called to arrange a delivery and I proceeded to try and talk to them about the issues I had and informed them I was not about to pay another $1200 after everything. The [redacted] manager (I didn't get a name) proceeded to tell me that I hadn't spoken to another manager nor did I call and leave messages because she would have called me.Desired Settlement: I had also asked to speak to an owner of the company and the [redacted] manager I spoke to refused and said that the owners would not speak to me.I would like my [redacted] delivered, preferably without anything broken/missing ASAP without having to pay the additional costs they are asking.I want the owners to know the about the horrible services their people are providing.
