Thank you for your involvement in resolving this matterI read the E-bike response to you, and it is totally untrueWe repeadly contacted them about the part which was vital
to that bike Because of our insistance they responded a month later that they were going to look into it, and in spite of my repeated calls and e-mail they did nothing Then amazingly when I reported their lack of action to you they reacted by sending us an invoice for the part which we paid for immediately, however I had to call them back and remind them that I had paid before they shipped the part. Now thankfully we have the part and it is installed on the bike, but I feel that because they were so reluctant to respond in the first place they should have provided the part at no charge and I would have paid for the shipping As it was I had to pay for both the part and the shipping Again without that part the bike could not be ridden.I have copies of allmy emails and Ebikes responses *** *** Revdex.com:
