Hello,Let's start by addressing there was not a 'sales person' in this transaction, I am the person who gladly refunded Mr *** order in full upon speaking to him ever so politely on the phone regarding the out of stock item from his orderThis order was placed on a retail website by Mr ***
When Mr *** said he had a Separate charge from *** on his bank statement, I kindly told him we do not have a *** account nor do accept payments from ***I apologized for any delay on the back-ordered product and most definitely did not hang up on himThe phone conversation ended polity from both endsPlease see the attached document showing his full refund of during our last phone conversation and there was not any additional charge added to his order. Thank you,***
