Extremely pleased, exceeded my expectations.Andrew got the job done quickly and did not leave a scratch on anything

I used Your Best Move to move my 2 bedroom apartment yesterday. I was specifically concerned because I have an upright piano on the second floor with a tight turn. They sent two extra guys out to help bring the piano down and didn't charge me anything extra. The whole job went really smooth and the guys did a great job.

This is some of the worst service I have ever received. We called two weeks ahead to schedule an appointment. I only have a few items that need to be moved 5 miles across town. I'd just do it myself and be done in 45 minutes, but my back issues won't let me.

Two weeks ago they scheduled my appointment for 1pm, with a window that extended until 2pm. It's 5:10pm now, and the driver just recently left from an area an hour away. When I called to see where they were when nobody showed up at 2pm, the guy sounded like he couldn't believe we were bothering him with our issue, and had a serious attitude problem. The same with the driver who I just spoke with. I'm not even sure if I feel comfortable letting them touch my stuff, after seeing all the horrible reviews around.

At this point, I just hope that it doesn't end with the driver or movers trying to pull the same old "sorry we are charging more and only accept cash, and won't unload the truck until we get paid" nonsense. That's not going to fly. Absolutely horrible.

Worst place ever. 3 hours after they were supposed to arive we called to find out when they were gonna come and the guy hung up on us then when we called back they told us they were canceling the apointment just because they could.

They were 3.5 hours late. The appointment time was 330 pm and they showed at 657 pm. David, the owner, yelled at me, told me to be patient abs understanding, had no respect for me or my time. I never yelled and I even tried to give him constructive feedback to which he asked me "what is feedback?"

He tried to back out of the payment rate I negotiated which was only straight time for the four hour move with no service charge for the truck. He said I needed to pay more because it was late and it wasn't fair to his guys.

Furniture was scratched, new red washer scratched, bookcase lightly damaged but repairable. The guys were tired and it was dark so not really mad at them...rather upset at the poor management and lack of professionalism displayed by David.
