We used them for a few of our listings and the last one we used them on, the cleaners stole cleaning products from our seller and completely ignored my calls and emails in regards to the theft from our sellerTerrible customer service and companyI would never refer anyone to this businessBAD SERVICE AND THIEVES!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I would like the cost to replace the [redacted] at $250 and to be reimbursed for what I paid for cleaning ($120). Total cost of $370. I appreciate that the resolution is in the favor of the customer, myself. Its unfortunate that this dispute had to come this far. If the business would have stood by their own guarantee on the website to protect the customer against damage and loss, this should have been resolved immediately when the damage was discovered. It's unfortunate this was not resolved without having to use a third party, however, I appreciate the assistance and facilitation of the Revdex.com to make this right by the consumer. More businesses need to realize that if you take the best care of the customer, you will take  the best care of your business.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience.Our cleaner broke this figurine and informed us about that, but it happened after our client called us. Nobody wanted to hide the issue. We would definitely call our client about the situation, but Dana found out about this sooner and called us...

first. We totally understand our client's frustration. Dana was very emotional over the phone. She mentioned that she received this figurine from her grandmother and it has huge sentimental meaning. Of course our first thought was to repair broken figurine. We found the company who can fix it with no visible issues. We still would like to fix this figurine, as it is unique gift from a grandmother, that can't be replaced by a different figurine, as it means a lot to our client.

We really apologize for the inconvenience caused by our company.We will send check for disputed amount.

Great house cleaning company! As per our conversation last week, I would like to inform you that the present cleaners we have Sonia and the team are just fantastic. They are prompt, obliging and pay attention to details, and even though they have been with us for a few months now have not slackened their cleaning regime. Can you please pass this accolade onto them.
