I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
Eddie [redacted] failed to meet with me on 3/21/15, as promised, to view the premature deterioration of my driveway.Eddie [redacted] failed to return my phone calls when I left messages on 3/25/15 and 3/27/15.Eddie [redacted] failed to respond to me after his receipt of my demand letter dated 4/16/15.The court judgement on 8/19/15 is for the plaintiff, [redacted]: "It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that [redacted] recover from Eddie [redacted],..."No recovery monies have been received by me as of the date of this response, 9/1/15.
