Review: on 6/17/2013 I bought a [redacted] invoice #[redacted] asked them to send me a picture of the wheel they have for sale,[redacted] the seller ,send me a picture of the wheel he was selling, I made the payment, and wen it arrive, it was not the one in the picture, the picture was a nice wheel , and they send me a wheel with several scratch( I think they pulled out from the garbage)and didn't send me the center wheel,(in the picture the wheel has center wheel),

I talk with them and they say the picture was just to see the style , not the real one, and they say they don't have the center wheel, so they tell me they can refund the 200 dollars I paid for the wheel,

so now I have to pay 80 dollars to get my refund of 200(I just loose 80 dollars),as I see I have to pay 80 dollars just because they send me another picture. or.

I can keep the scratch wheel and spend 100 dollars more for the center cap(because they simply say they don't have it,)

the seller show indifferent and overbearing and the only solution he gives to me its my refund,Desired Settlement: refund of 200 dollars plus 80 of shipping, because it was the mistake of the company, not mine

ship me the wheel with the center cap that is in the picture.

I just want the wheel they show me in the picture at the cost we agree, I am not asking for more, or trying to get vantage of the deal

I am rejecting this response because:I know exactly what we talk about, if I buy another wheel its something I can do, what I am angry it is you send a picture of something you are not selling, you never tell me it was just to see the style,in that case I can take a picture from the dealer. I know the price for a brand new wheel. I do not find fare to pay for your mistake. I prefer to loose 280 dollars and buy another wheel than reject my complaint of an unfair transaction made from your part.

EL&M will agree to refund the return shipment, as well, under 2 conditions. 1) The wheel is returned to us via [redacted] in the same or similar packaging and we are given a copy of the shipment invoice to refund, and 2) we receive a helpful response from this purchaser to avoid this type of problem in the future with other customers. We want to know if he did not understand the description posted online or he did not read it. This response will help us better communicate with future online customers.
