To Whom it May Concern, Thank you for your assistance in mediating this complaintWe received a letter from the Ohio Attorney Generals Office regarding our clients dissatisfaction with services and responded back on June 28, Upon speaking with our client we offered to refund her for the
current unit price of the plants at $per plant installedThis offer was rejected. I do not find it just to provide a refund for labor because the material was correctly installed by our companyWe performed the job as outlined in the proposal which was signed by our clientThe condition of the plants a year from installation are beyond our controlThere are several circumstances that may have affected the condition of the plantsOur offer is to refund our client for the current unit price of the plants-- ornamental grasses are priced at $per plantThank you for your time and assistance in resolving this matter

My driveway project amounting to $3000.00 will now be done by someone else. The oriental grass was planted in Nov 2015 not a year ago and should have been up they have never been up except for planting . I wish him well.
