I took my little girls to a "Mindless Behavior" concert in Banker KY Nov 27, 2013. This person was promoting a meet and greet. Also, my daughters could take a picture with Mindless Behavior after the concert. I paid for my daughters to meet them and a picture. He was very unprofessional, rude and arrogant. Well, I NEVER received a picture. He gave me a postcard with his web site address on it, after I paid for a picture and said I have to go to his web site and download my daughter’s picture. He would allow me to take pictures with my cell phone. Needless to say there are no pictures from the Mindless Behavior concert posted on his web site. THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER!! Worst concert in history! Why would you still have a concert and the lead singer of the group doesn’t show up? How I paid $60 for pictures that I NEVER received. [redacted]

Review: On November 27,2013 I took my daughter to a [redacted] concert and paid for VIP tickets that included photos with the Artist ([redacted]) The photographer Elarkin that I was advised of would post our photos. He posted over 700 of those photos from that night that didn't include my daughter and the many others after me.

I've sent several emails and no one from his establishment has responded. The promoter has their money but we do not have what we paid for.

The [redacted] Page on [redacted] Promotions indicates that I am not the only one who has this concern.Desired Settlement: I would either like a refund of 4 tickets that I bought that was over $400 or my pictures of me and daughter and my nephew and his mom.
