I am responding to the enclosed complaint. I recently purchased E Line Accessories in December of 2017. All sales prior to that date were proprietary rights of the previous owner. I have no record of the sale to Mr***. With that said, I am in the process of building a
new website due on March 1, 2018. It will be much more user friendly and much easier to navigate. I have no problem replacing the guard requested as it it the company's responsibility. I have mailed out Mr*** a replacement piece as a "one time goodwill" for his use.I have attached the invoice for your convenience as well as the shipping tracking number. Please do not have Mr*** return the alleged "mis marked part." I asked that he sell it on * *** and as I offered to sell him a new part for 50% off retail. He chose this route which I understand his frustrations. Hopefully this will satisfy his needs.Thank you for your help on this matter!
