E Loan Finance

This company calls me 5-7 times a day, Monday through Friday. I requested over a week ago to be placed on the company's do not cal list, and I still receive 5-7 calls per day. Anytime I tell the person on the other end that I have requested my number be added to the do not call list, they hang up on me. My number is on the national do not call registry as well.

eloan Radically Simple recently contacted me on my cell phone and said I was going to approved for a loan and I will with there company. The sent me loan contract email for me to sign and return as well as my bank account info and other documents which is needed I can email them to you the employee named Rodger continued to contact me by texting me guaranteed me I had the loan and the amount of loan will be in my bank account and it never had no one will answer my calls or texts I feel this is a scam and is trying to steal my identity I'm truely upset and afraid of the information that they have about me I'm not sure exactly what to do can you help me with my situation the gentleman that I talked to was foreign his name was Jack R

E loan finance offers high risk loans. Their business creates the terms and conditions of the funding based on their presenting a fraudulent check to be submitted as the company’s “payment” to you. The company banks on the idea that you are simply returning their money in good faith for the loan. Because they intentionally present a check that is fraudulent, the money they “deposited” disappears when the check is determined to be fraudulent. They required payment to them based off if the check they presented. No money was legitimately placed into the checking account as desired. Their shady and fraudulent business uses funding sources they know are fraudulent and predatory.

At the end of March I was contacted by e loans, they told me my loan was approved for $5,000. After speaking with Jason W he told he will send the money through moneygram I just had to pay the fee, I said fine he told me to send at first $200, then he said he needed another $100 because my credit was not so good and I said ok, Then he asked for another $200 and something for insurance by this point I was like look I dont want the loan anymore, he gave some dumb line that said the insurance is good because you can go to the hospital and it covers it. I realize this was fraud, I call him every week about my money and he says it take 7 to 10 business day, it's been over a month and he still tells me 7 to 10 businsess day, basically I realized he was fake and the more I told him his fade company was fraud he got upet, know I could be wrong by telling him he was a thief and fraud but he blocked my number. So this company claims there giving money instead they still it from you and never give it back

They offer false loans then still money out my bank
