Review: I applied for a loanof $4000 and I was asked to make a $367 payment upfront. Once I made the payment I received a phone call the next day stating that my loan was on hold because they said my bank wouldn't receive the money when they tried to deposit it in my account because of my credit and I had to make another payment of $347 to the credit bureau so they could up my credit score to an 800! I asked them to just refund me my $367 and they said they couldn't cause my loan was on holdDesired Settlement: All I would like is my $367 refunded back to me

Review: E-Loan had me to send them four green dot money paks to their company

for a loan I have not gotten. The money paks totaled $700. Each time I would send

in a money pak, they said they would release the funds. Every time there was

a different story, and that I had to send more money. The last person I

talked to was [redacted].Desired Settlement: Either give me the loan or refund my $700

this company need to be investigated, either by you

or the proper authorities. They shouldn't be stealing people

money. I couldn't pay my bills, still can't pay bills, because this

company stole my money.

Review: This people said I had a loan for $10,000.00 if I paid $300.00 for a insurance policy to guarantee payment and $400.00 for processing charges to get the loan in to my bank account, I paid both with a green dot money pak. , which I paid. Now no one answers the phone , no money has been put into my bank and there is a answer machine that is on. I feel very used andtaken advantage of. I was told the money would be in my account with in 1/2 hour after I paid. I have left several messages asking for the return of my $700.00 but no answer.Please help me with this[redacted]Desired Settlement: All my money returned to me and they be put out of business, for the practices they are using in scamming people, I'm a senior citizen and feel this very wrong. And if I can get damages I want that also

Review: I was told that I was to receive a refund for this fraudulent loan company that took 148.00 from my card under the premise of obtaining a loan.I was then told the next day that there were no refunds after being told the day before that it would be returned.Desired Settlement: I want my money returned and the complaint made public information so that this does'nt happen to anyone else.

Review: I applied for a installment loan, and did all that was required of me, and this company didn't sent me any funds which was promised. Now I'm out of $700, and I can't pay any of my bills . Review: I applied for a 7500.00 loan with e-loan and got accepted. I was to send 375.25 through a debit card to e-loan and I was to receive my 7500.00 in my saving account within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I contacted the bank and the money had not been deposited. I contacted e-loan and they informed me that they had attempted 3 times to have the funds loaded at no success so they were having the money wired to me Western Union and that it cost over 900.00 to have the money wired. E-loan informed me that they would pay for half and I was to pay the other half before I could receive my loan. I then went to the Western Union near my home and was told it would cost about 490.00 to have money sent from New York to Kentucky. So in truth e-loan was wanting me to pay for all of the Western Union fees. I informed e-loan that they should have never sent the money Western Union without consulting me first. I informed them that once I sent the first payment of 375.25 I had no more funds. They informed me that I would receive the money back once e-loan was paid. I was also suppose to get the 375.25 back in my account when the 7500.00 was deposited. That never happened. I asked e-loan to give me the tracking number to Western Union so I could be sure the money was sent and they refused. I'm not going to borrow the money to send to e-loan and still not receive the 7500.00. My first contacts name was [redacted] and the second contact was [redacted] and the number is ###-###-####. the 375.25 I sent was sent to Vanilla Reload Network.Desired Settlement: I would like for e-loan to give me the conformation number so I can receive my 7500.00.

Review: For the last few months, I have been receiving calls from various cities on the eastern coast. Lately it has been New York. It is always someone with a [redacted] accent claiming to have received a loan application from me and that it has been approved. I have never and will never file a loan with E-Loan Financial Services. I have never even heard of this company. I don't know where they are getting their information, and it is kind of scary to wonder how they got my phone number and name in the first place. I never answer the call for fear that some obscene amount will be charged to my bank account, phone bill, etc. That is why I am contacting you, in hopes that you can get this resolved for me. Please let me know if there is any other information you need. It is best to contact me by email. I can only accept calls after 5pm. Review: I was taking out a loan for $2,000 and they told me I had to purchase 4 money-pak cards in order to initiate the process. Naively, I did. The 4 money-paks totaled up to $583.00. I had to close my [redacted] account because they had all of my information. I no longer have a debit card or a bank account now and they stole my $583.00. They are still harassing me stating I need to finalize the process and pay more money. I am very dissatisfied. I would like to get my money back and stop these people from any further fraud to anyone else. I did contact my local police department as well. The number they keep contacting me on is ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive my money back of 583.00 and for this company to be shut down. They are very rude and condescending and they lie. Thank you and I hope you find these scam artists.
