I don't understand wh* ** *** don't show up to the shop or call before job was done on his son car if he is the one responsible for what his son does or at least call to find out about status of repair if the car was here close to a week after repair perform without any answer from his son after several phone calls .seen to my like they planning a scam to got a free repair or cheaper as possible there is not other answer to this to happen

I am rejecting this response because: The owner continues to lie about the facts to overcharge as he has done in a prior Revdex.com complaint.He never showed any of us paperwork that my son signed.When my daughter asked him for paperwork he said he had noneat the time she and my son went to pick up the car.I presume that his paperwork showing that my son signed or showingt the cost of parts were not enclosed. If they were enclosed please forward to me.I consider this matter concluded in the absence of thesepapers which the owner claims to have.   Thank you for your help and consideration.   [redacted]othe costs of equipment were not

catalytic converter for a[redacted] will goin to cost 30 dollars and we very clear show him on the repair order he sign the amount of $480.00 parts and labor ,seen to us like the young kid authorized the job without their parents permission and later try to blame us for the mistake cause drop the car and disappear for close to a week not pick up the phone, them show up here several days later with his lady friend asking if the car was ready and how much was it went he already know . to void a discussion on front of costumer we give him a extra discount and only pay $420.00 total  witch leave us with areal low margin of profit pay with a credit card and cancel transaction later say her credit card has been stolen ,credit card company contact us and we have to summit them a sign receipt witch I confirm with credit card holder ID. all the information we summit is true and can be confirm easy by any one ,parts price and removal - install adding gasket and bolts set .       we appreciate your help  on this matter

This guy charges you for new parts and then puts in used parts. Biggest crook in the city Danbury.
