[redacted] called us on April 16th and wanted the car pulled from storage She was told that we don't move cars until the full 65% of the total price of the vehicle has been met, this is the down payment Her last payment to meet the down payment 4-20- Our mechanics found a transmission problem it was then sent to a transmission shop The transmission shop then instructed us that the transmission was bad and even all the lines would have to be changed We then called [redacted] and informed her of the circumstances We offered to get her in a Challenger that we had on the lot She instructed us that she only wanted a Charger We found a Charger for her she instructed us she didn't want to wait so all her money was reimbursed on 5-9-back to her debit card

BUSINESS STATED THAT CONSUMER TOOK HIM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND WON JUDGEMENT AGAINST HIM

My money was returned to me finally after a five day waiting period and after a bunch of very rude phone conversations that I had with both Sam and Eddie whom work at the “dealership”I appreciate my money finally being refunded but I do still feel that it does not compensate for seven months of my time being wasted If nothing else can be done to appease me at least I would like any one thinking of going to this place to be aware of my situationIt is not worth itIt is hit or miss with this business and from what I’ve read a lot of cases are miss Unfortunate that businesses like this are allowed to still be up and running

Received a call from the business stating that the consumer has picked up his truck.The reason why it took so long was because there was a lien on the vehicle and we had to get a lean release.Complaint has been resolved.
