I had E&M Eli come out and give me an estimate, he came at exactly the time and date promised, He climbed on the roof and inspected my roof, he was very honest and professional and told me it was about a 60/40 chance the insurance would take care of m, he then said to let him know when my adjuster would be there so he could get on the roof with him and go over things with the adjuster, my insurance paid for my roof thanks to Eli! His company is the exact company I like doing business with, no hassles or worry about being finished on time, or leaving my roof exposed to the elements as they would work! I highly recommend E&M roofing!!!!! And will refer him to anyone who askes about roofing!!!!!
I would recommend E & M Roofing Specialists to anyone. Eli, the owner, was really great. We brought him out to check out our roof and he walked through everything with us and through our claim with the insurance company. He met with the adjuster personally and we received the full claim amount for our work. He was very professional and so was his team. They even had to work around some very specific county code regulations and inspections. He is honest and hard-working. Hard to find these days!
Our house fell in the path of the hail storm in colorado springs in the summer of 2016. We filed a claim to have our roof redone and reached out to *** at E & M Roofing Specialists to get this done. *** completed the roof and we paid him for his work. He was supposed to file for supplemental because the amount we got from our insurance was just enough for the roof. I left for a deployment thinking that he would be in contact with my wife in regards to the supplemental he was suppose to file for. I returned from deployments 5 months later to find out he never once contacted her. Since returning we decided to do some research and found out that a permit was never opened for the reroof of our house which means the roof hasn't been inspected. I called *** to let him know that there was never a permit opened for his work. He seemed surprised that he let that slip by. A week later after many times calling I finally got a hold of *** again. He said he still had not gotten around to opening the permit and said he would get to it the next day. I called the next day and have called everyday after that at least twice a day and cannot get a hold of him despite voicemails that I have left for him.
Mr. is correct and I apologize for not getting the permit in a timely manner. Last year we had done at least 200 jobs and I understand the importance of permits and had no intentions of not pulling one. It somehow got over looked. It was an honest mistake. There is a permit pulled and is currently waiting inspection. I apologize for the lack of communication that *** is saying on my part. I spoke with him 2 or 3 times and told him I would get it as soon as possible. When he first contacted me, our staff was trying to deal with a loss of one of our employees, and I told him it would take a little time. I did pull a permit as soon as I was back In town.
