As for the floors, we are beyond squeaking.  The floors are also separating, cracking and are lifting up near the stove.  The area you keep talking about is by the dishwasher, that's on the other side of the kitchen.  Your worker put a hole on the floor there, while he was on the ladder, fixing the mistake he made miscalculating where to hang the lights.       I was not accusing your employee, I was just stating a fact.  I did not say anything at the time because I just wanted the work done because you guys were so far behind already.  We had our grandchildren coming to visit soon, and its the only time of year we get to spend time with them.       Also, for the roof, [redacted] is a roofer who came to check out what needs to be done now to fix our roof.  He went up to the attic, to check the upper roof, he saw no leaks up there.  The leaks are in the exact spot that E-mac fixed the roof.  We clearly see the marks on the exact ceiling he also fixed.  The picture shows that your foreman missed various things when he came back to inspect.  Shingles were lifted up and nails exposed.  My insurance company will now also be coming out to inspect the damage because the ceiling is also cracking.  It is funny how it is only leaking in the spots where you replaced the ceiling and roof.       The plumbing in the prep sink area is the one your contractor put in.  Yes, there was a water line there where the washer and dryer use to be.  Your contractor did the plumbing in there and the picture I sent proves that there wasn't plumbing there before.  Photos are attached, before and after.     About the electrical.  How can we trust you to do the right thing.  You have put my family in harms way.  You did not care to do the job right in the first place.  You have lied to get of out of doing the work.  Why should we trust you.  You still have a roof, floor and plumbing to fix.     Now for the dishwasher, why should I pay someone else to do the job I already paid you to do.  You should have done it right the first time.       I still have not seen the invoice or warranty  on the cabinets, the middle of the line ones you said you got for me.

Review: We hired this company to remodel our kitchen. The quality of the work was way below the amount of money we had to pay. They installed new flooring in three rooms. They squeak now when we walk on them. The edges aren't quite meeting the wall in some places. We also are having electric problems. I think he put too much on one circuit because the circuit pops if we have more than one thing on at a time. One of the outlets isn't in the wall it is sticking out into the cabinet. Our dishwasher is loose, they improperly installed it. They now are to busy to come back and fix it, so he says. This has also made the cabinet, which are brand new, around the dishwasher to have holes in it. We had to fight with him tooth and nail while he was here to accomplish anything and then to finish it. Our garbage disposal is making loud noises now, and it was only 1 year old. The refrigerator water line is hanging, not attached to anything.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of some money so I can hired somebody else to come in and fix the problems they left behind.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
