E Math

Review: On June *, 2013, I went to E Math School located at [redacted] to enroll my two daughters to Chinese Learning Classes, which I was told would start sometime in July, 2013. [redacted], the assistant there told me they don't accept credit card so I paid $900 in cash. During the next week, I told my friends that I was going to send my daughters to E Math and they told me it is not a good school. I searched internet and found a lot of negative review comments to the school. On June *, 2013, I went to the school to request a refund. [redacted] told me they don't give refund and only give school credit which I can use later to study at their school. When I paid them, she did not mention about the school policy regarding this at all and I did not sign any contract with them. [redacted] said it was on the receipt. Until then, I noticed on the right bottom corner, there are very small words "No Refund". The receipt is quite informal. The starting time for the class on the receipt states "To Be Determined". There is no address, no telephone number and no English name of the school on the receipt. I found the school name "E Math" on advertising newspaper and am not sure if it is the real legal name of the school. She gave me the school's EIN ([redacted]) upon my request when I paid. The only thing I am sure is the school's location and their phone number (###-###-####) since I went there and I called them. I don't understand it is just 6 days past since I paid and it is almost one month away from the start date of the class, why I cannot get my money back. I need to find a trustworthy school to send my children to study. Since I doubt their teaching quality, why should I take the school credit and send them there later? Please help me get my money back. Thank you!Desired Settlement: I would like to have the total amount of $900.00 which I paid them in cash back. I don't want to take their school credit for later use since I would never send my children there.
