That's not even a valid complaint it has no merit and we are requesting to close compliant without any hits as this is ridilous he shopped if during the process of getting no positive results as we never decline it Fannie Freddie du and lp system did not take the loan! Period The mortgage industry is not a swap meet

By law we cannot send kick back money back to consumer when the complaint has no merit what so ever he was denied in the beginning for over months or lessHe went with another bank just because of some fees which I don't even believe as consumers are always leave for a few pennies and except the world to be given them he is trying to play a victim when he never had an approval or any form of documentation that the loan was actually LOCKEDNot our problem if they dont make enough income to qualify and we go into a new year and now he does after he went with another bank

Review: I began a refinance process in August which I was told would take about 30 days. I incurred costs including an appraisal and a translation fee for some documents which needed to be translated and reviewed. I submitted all requests in a timely matter and the refi seemed to drag on for months, which I was somewhat tolerant of. At this point, they have not responded to any of my emails or phone calls in about two weeks and the "30 day closing" has dragged on for almost 6 months. In the meantime, interest rates have gone down and my home value has most likely increased. I am planning to move forward with another lender.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of incurred costs from appraisal, as I will need to have a new appraisal when I seek services with a new lender.
