1-20-2017To Whom It May Concern:When we do our motor swaps we use engine parts from both the donor engine and the origional engine depending on why we are doing the replacement in the first place, thus the reason for ID number from origional vehicle, unfortunately we do not keep records of what part was taken or used, we just make sure it works properlyFurthermore, We do not make refunds once vehicle is taken off lot and title is sent, but would offer at no cost to resell vehicle on our lot once I move back to PA in the spring if you got buyer remorse or whatever.Thank you for your time.Tom

To whom it may concern:Rob's recollection of the event is a little offThe check engine light that is on came on approximately miles after I left the dealership and can easily be turned off with a scan toolIf this is done which I believe happened, it would take 50-mile to reregister the code that failedAfter calling and trying to talk out a resolution with the establishment I realized it was futile and he was not willing to work with meAfter I spoke to him about his reputation online and reviews on the Revdex.com web site he got defensive and cursed at meThis seems to be a pattern and feel like I was defraudedThe part that I was upset about was the fact that he was so defensive right from the beginningWe spoke on two separate occasions and both conversations ended the sameI did buy this car “as is” but it was supposed to be inspected and clearedIt is too much of a coincidence that the light came on with the allotted miles for the code to reregister with the vehicles ECUHe said he can’t believe I am make a big deal over a $partYes, the part was $but the labor involved tearing the intake manifold off which was $in laborIf E-Motors is will to help with this cost I would be appreciative

2-5-2017To Whom it may concern,Customer drove vehicle approved and confirmed condition by submitting full payment And taking deliveryEnclosed you will see customer assumed all responsibility and liability by accepting contract on an basis and declining (by not checking box) any alternate
warrantys. As he stated after driving home it started to leak and out of good faith and without any responsibility or legal liability I went ahead and split that bill with him for the Several weeks later he tried to take advantage of my kindness again by wanting another repair done which I was not able or contractually liabial for, goes to show some people will never be satisfied

1/30-2017To Whom It may concern. In response to new matter on complaint ID as stated above, I reiterate me earlier response that motor was changed with used engine with parts used from both engines which is very common on this type of job in the industry. We complied with all motor vehicle laws of PA including buyer signing forms which declines dealer liability and accepts all responsibility for any defects or recalls, this affidavid was with PA title and tax sent to Dept of Motor vehicles. Our company policy is a no refund after vehicle is driven off lot and title send to DMV as posted in ad, however my offer still stands to re-sell vehicle at no extra fee this spring when I return.Thank you

3-6-2017To whom it may concern,In response to ID [redacted]Customer purchased car on as is basis meaning no liability to dealer since he accepted all responsibility of vehicle, emission light was not on during test ride and its not possible to turn off, if there is a defect it will come on...

immediately. These lights can come on with as little as a gas cap not on properly. Warrantees are sold at an extra cast customer chose low price and as is. When he called he was belligerent, defiant and threatening or we might of participated in good faith help, he will get nothing.Rob S

To whom it may concern:Rob's recollection of the event is a little off. The check engine light that is on came on approximately 60 miles after I left the dealership and can easily be turned off with a scan tool. If this is done which I believe happened, it would take 50-100 mile to reregister the code that failed. After calling and trying to talk out a resolution with the establishment I realized it was futile and he was not willing to work with me. After I spoke to him about his reputation online and reviews on the Revdex.com web site he got defensive and cursed at me. This seems to be a pattern and feel like I was defrauded. The part that I was upset about was the fact that he was so defensive right from the beginning. We spoke on two separate occasions and both conversations ended the same. I did buy this car “as is” but it was supposed to be inspected and cleared. It is too much of a coincidence that the light came on with the allotted miles for the code to reregister with the vehicles ECU. He said he can’t believe I am make a big deal over a $100 part. Yes, the part was $100 but the labor involved tearing the intake manifold off which was $600 in labor. If  E-Motors is will to help with this cost I would be appreciative.
