Review: I made an appointment with a couple friends to have pedicures at 2pm we arrived 20 mins early to pick out colors everyone had finished their pedicures but me and during the pedicures we decided to do nails too. The lady doing my pedicure painted them half way then left to another client I sat for 45 minutes and only when they needed my spa chair did someone come back to finish, my friend and I sat for 2 hours waiting to get our nails simply painted we nicely reminded them several times that we were waiting and we were ignored, finally a man who had just returned from getting a child came slipped on a shirt and sat us he was very rude and irritated, he imminently started arguing with me that our appointment was for pedicures I told him I understood but we also wanted nails and they processed several walk ins and ignored us, at that point he was doing my friends paint and another young guy sat with me I told him I wanted a manicure which set the guy doing my friends nails off he started yelling at me saying that I said I wanted paint, I didnt know the difference! He then told the young guy to charge me 45$ I asked how much the design on my toes was he said 5$. I then asked if the pedicure is 25$ the design 5$ and my nails 5$ then that would be 35$, he snapped at me he said be was going to charge me 5$ for every line on my toes, he yelled at me and said I didn't want to pay and repeated it again, I stopped the young man said that is enough and walked up to pay 40$ for a basic pedicure with a heart on my toe as I was paying he was yelling that he was not the owner but he can refuse service to anyone. My friends got designs too they paid 30$. 25$ for pedicure 5$ for design. Worst customer service and treatment ever, treated like garbage excusing me of not wanting to pay in front of the whole salon.Desired Settlement: Apology for accusations and such disrespect.
