My Response has not changed, She has complained to the structural pest control board and the board agreed with me, that the seller was given the opportunity to buy the insurance and passed, it’s like asking an insurance company to pay your claim after you refused to buy insurance with them it’s not going to happen, the Agent was asked several times to inform the seller that it was light weight tile and there may be some damage

Fumigation at *** *** *** *** *** **I spoke to the Sellers agent on this property I asked her several times are they sure they didn’t want the tile insurance at which point she said no, my seller doesn’t want to buy it we had her sign the occupant notice stating we are not responsible and
declined the insurance, Attached is the original termite report where it also states we are not responsible for any roof damage during fumigation.This issue is between the buyer and the seller not us, Yes *** from fume guys has a suspended licBut that’s for his Branch termite inspection lic, His Branch lic, is clear and legal to work with, so it be greatly appreciated if they would get the facts before making accusations
