I'm an owner of a small pest control business and I ordered quite a bit from this companyRecently there were many issues happening with my ordersFrom not providing the right quantity to stating order was shipped although product was not even in stockI expected an order in on a particular day based an email stating it was shipped, but received no communication to the contrary, so I had to call Epestsolutions and they said it was not even in stockCalled and spoke to owner after several calls and an email and she could care lessShe gave me reasons why she hadn't responded to my calls or email but but didn't offer a good explanation about the shipping issue until I pressed and further didn't offer to give a discount or do anything to try to save me as a customer until I pressed the issue and the offer was not goodI will not be doing business with this company anymore

The delivery to ** was within the day window, customer purchased on [redacted] and with no upgrade of shipping charges, There has been no contact through us about use of the product, he purchased [redacted] which do not have instructions, but we have video's and how to guides that we would have referred him to had he contact us,

I have had Elite as my Management company for years and I have NO complaints! They are very trust worthy and always return phone calls and know what they are talking about!!

I had an issue with my yearly bill and I called the office to get it straightend out because I was not trying to pay a late fee due to the fact that the post office was runnin the mail lateThe lady removed the late fee and even said I could pay online for free and emailed me information so next year I don't have to worry about the mail and getting no late feeProblem solved!!!!!!!!!!

I am very pleased with my management company, They always return calls/emails in a timely mannerThey are so polite and very knowledgeable about their job and what they doI am very satisfied with them as my management company and I am glad the board of directors switched companies to them when they did!

Customer received the exact product she ordered, and we specifically recommended another product, if they are overwound this can happen, I have heard from customer other time in years of the mouse getting caught, we are only resellers not manufacturer and as I have stated in the phone calls
and emails,and more, we are more than happy to assist her in figuring out why she is not catching anything and diagnose trap location etc, that is not what she wants she just wants her money back and this is really just about someone one wanting something for nothing
All products were received, exactly as ordered and there are some operator error issues with this trap, also she is calling live trap, they are multi catch traps and when she checked the trap a day later the mouse would have been dead from stress, I cannot even believe I am having to type this email and all the others I have typed and phone calls we have had to deal with, ** *** *** ** *** *** *** ***

From not providing the right quantity to stating order was shipped although product was not even in stock. I expected an order in on a particular day based an email stating it was shipped, but received no communication to the contrary, so I had to call Epestsolutions and they said it was not even in stock. Called and spoke to owner after several calls and an email and she could care less. She gave me reasons why she hadn't responded to my calls or email but but didn't offer a good explanation about the shipping issue until I pressed and further didn't offer to give a discount or do anything to try to save me as a customer until I pressed the issue and the offer was not good. I will not be doing business with this company anymore.

I was thrilled to see that I could purchase a product in the U.S. that was very challenging to buy in Canada. I bought 2 boxes of a product to control the spread of silverfish in my condo unit. The website was easy to use, the prices were fair & these people seemed to be legitimate. However, after purchasing these products the product did not show up, I called the company several times leaving a phone # and order number with no response. After following this routine for a few months a nice young lady picked up the phone and was quick to try and resolve my issue. She promptly looked into the order & got back to me with her only available solutions. Apparently if you live in Canada, they need to charge an additional shipping fee to get the product delivered out to my province. This was not clarified on the website, they wanted to charge an additional $10 to have the product shipped out to Canada - I felt they should have informed me about this before allowing me to purchase the item in the first place on their website when they so happily took my payment without informing me that there would be an additional fee above and beyond what they advertised. After the nice lady talked to me on the phone, I decided that its been months since they have returned my phone call & that the product was no longer needed, that I would prefer to have my money reimbursed to my account instead of them sending the product for the additional $10.00. They said that they could no longer refund my credit card of the initial cost but would be willing to reimburse my money via mailed cheque. However, they charged me an addition $10.00 to send me this cheque. I feel that I should not have been unfairly charged $10.00 for a refund of MY money for something that I did not receive in the mail. I tried to talk to a manager about the issue to resolve this situation before having to write a negative review, but unfortunately I was not given the opportunity after asking twice to speak to someone higher up. Im sure their products are as they say, but my experience was very negative with this company and I would recommend shopping elsewhere before using this company. They are willing to have people write bad reviews over $10.00.

Terrible company! They advertise they are Revdex.com Accredited, but they are not. They also lie about 2-5 day shipping. I ordered from them twice and each time I had to call several times after two weeks to see where my items were. Each time I was told they were shipped out only to find out they weren't. They also didn't answer any of my emails in regard to my order. Needless to say I will never order from this company again.

Review: I purchased a ketch all mouse trap and some provoke mouse attractant from this company. I specifically wanted a live catch mouse trap, that did not harm the mice. I am an animal lover,and have learned over the years how easy it is to catch the mice in live traps, and relocate them to more suitable places. I looked up some reviews about this product, at amazon.com, and other places on line,and saw that this trap sometimes catches and kills the mice in it's mechanisms. I called E Pest Solutions, and asked the sales lady, if there was any chance that this trap could kill, or harm the mice. I was told," no, she had never heard of any mice getting harmed from this trap." So I believed her, and ordered the Ketch all mouse trap and some Provoke, which is supposed to be irresistible to mice. It arrived about January [redacted] On January **, it caught a mouse, which was caught in the mechanism, and died a horrible death. This has been very traumatic for me, not to mention the poor mouse. The reason I bought the trap was not to harm the mice. I would not have purchased this trap had I known that this would happen. I called the company on January **, but they were closed and so I called again on January **, when my call was not returned. The lady was extremely condescending, and told me that it was all my fault, because I must have over wound it. I explained to her, that I had followed the directions exactly, and only wound it five times, just as it said to do. She said no, I was lying, and I must have over wound it. I know how many times, I wound it. If you want to get technical about it, there is nothing any where in the instructions, that says that over winding will kill the mice. However, I only wound it five times. The company refuses to give me my money back for the trap. Also, I have eight other live traps, not this same kind, and the provoke mouse attractant does not work at all, to attract mice. The only mice I have been catching, are in a trap with none of the Provoke in it.Desired Settlement: Because, I bought a mouse trap that is supposed to catch the mice unharmed, I want a full refund. If the trap did not malfunction and kill the mice, there would be no issue about this, and I would be keeping it. I bought a live mouse trap, that I was promised, would not harm the mice. It tortures and kills them, and so is unusable to me. The company should have bent over backwards, to make it right. I had to take the poor creatures little body out of the darn trap, and I am heart broken.

Sent letter to owner on */5/2013 but received no response.Desired Settlement: Send me a letter acknowledging that the seller is responsible for the shipment performance, and operating instructions should be included with products.
