Review: I am 84 years old, I ordered a pill container and it will not accommodate my needs so I wanted to return it. The company employees were very rude to me and said that my sales receipt said you can only return within 30 days, I explained my receipt does not read that. They then said too bad it says it on website, very mis leading. They prey on the elderly.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and to return their item.

I purchased and e-pill [redacted] watch for my 87 yr old dad whom I am the care taker for & to help him while I was in the hospital. No where in the production information that I reviewed before purchase said not for hearing impaired. I discovered after the 30 day return policy expired that he was not actually hearing the beep when it alarmed. I called the company to inquired and the rep was very hateful and said it was on their website that it was not for the hearing impaired. Would never have pd $100.00 if I had known.
