This is to respond to the complaint filed by a tenant *** *** on August 8, 2017. This is a clear case of a problem tenant that we have decided to accommodate despite her strange behaviorsShe regulars communicates in colorful language and tries to deceive anyone that she speaks to on
the phoneShe has a pattern of sending unending texts for hours to the point that you are forced to simply ignore her if you have any chance of getting any work done at allDespite all warnings that she should not speak so rudely that she is completely incomprehensible. It all seems to fall on deaf ears. In the past year, she did not pay her rent for many months and pleaded with us that she just had a baby and needed a bit of time to get back to work and catch up on back rentWe reluctantly agreed and worked with her to bring her balance to current.In this particular matter, we have an active crew working diligently to quickly resolve any work requests that she has made but she still finds a way to complain. For one she requested for a different exterminator a few days after we had already sent one to her buildingShe personally refused to give the company exterminator entry into her unit claiming that she not think she needed any service and quickly turned around to order a different exterminator.Her history of lies and manipulations made us believe that once again she is up to her many games.The bottom line is that this individual tries to manipulate the system whenever she senses an opportunity and has constituted a nuisance from the beginningHowever, as a sign of good faith we are willing to give her credit for $for the exterminator she hired and this will apply to the month of September in the hopes that it finally resolves this matter.E Properties & Development
