I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11527992, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI would like to add, however, that I do understand what a sensor cleaning is and that any dust and/or particles on it will also show when looking through the viewfinder and on images, as is the case hereI was no expecting them to clean the viewfinderThey can mail the cheque to me at - avenue, Edmonton, AB, T5Z 3Y7, in the amount of $Thank you to Revdex.com for your assistance in the manner

Regarding this issue, we believe the customer may be misunderstanding what a sensor cleaning entailsWe apologize if this was due to insufficient information given by our employeesA sensor cleaning cleans the sensor only, and does not include cleaning of the viewfinder assemblyMost of the
contaminants seen through the viewfinder actually do not affect images in any wayIn order to clean inside a viewfinder, the item would have to be sent to *** full service center.When we clean a sensor, we take images before and after to show any particles on the sensor, and upon review of them, the sensors were both clean with the exception of one spot which is not removable with our equipment(See attached images)We have been unable to re-examine the cameras in question as the customer does not live near any of our locations.We believe we provided the service to the best of our abilities, and we are perfectly happy to provide a refund of $to the customer so that they may take the camera elsewhere to be cleaned
