I purchased tickets to a concert event on a website stub.com and after the order for the tickets was purchased I was informed via email that the tickets were actually purchased through Always In Demand Tickets. The website advertised box seats to the event and that to protect their merchants the seat numbers would be provided after the order was processed. When I received the email conforming the order no seat was provided and when I contacted the merchant Always in Demand tickets they would not provide me the seat numbers for tickets. The merchant also would not ship the tickets and stated I would receive them an hour before the event, even though I selected the method of UPS express shipping when I processed the order. I informed Always in Demand tickets that I wanted to cancel the transaction if they were unable to provide me with the confirmed seats or the tickets and I was told their policy was no cancelations or refunds. Their policy was never provided to me and I was never aware that I purchased the tickets from always in demand until the order was processed. I have still never received any tickets for this purchase or any conformation of the seat assignments that was advertised when I completed the transaction.
