Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The points described in the response are untrueI never in any regard was threteaning to any staff member (when receiving my membership the only contact I had was simply purchasing the membership, there was zero conflict or even conversation that took place when purchasing the membershipI never once violated any rules of the facilityAll I did was write an online review about being unhappy with the high prices at their facilityI never stated anything malicious or untrueThe only contact I have had was with the manager, who when I spoke to was very unprofessional, berating me over the phone and threatening to phone the police if I came to the facilityShe told me the sole reason for rescinding my membership was based on the review and the review aloneThere was no mention of any rules being broken or anything related, simply that she thought my review was "childish" and they would not accept someone posting a negative reviewI even expressed that I did not wish to cancel my membership at the time because I had already paidagain, no rules were violated and all statements made in the online review were accurate and trueI simply want a refund of the services I've paid for so I can be on my way, this business has stolen my money simply because they did not like the review I left, even though it was all trueand there was no attempt on the business' part to try and fix the issue, simply taking my money, berating me, and banning me from the facilityI have done nothing wrong to deserve this treatment Sincerely, [redacted]

( Creating conflict and causing loss of business with a poor review and inaccurate information on social media without coming forward to myself leads me to believe that [redacted] would continue on to create issues in the club and on social media. He had visited the facilities twice and came up with a review that is false. After our conversation he then added more to his poor review on [redacted]. All negative.)Gymnation does not accept any form of threatening or abusive behaviour towards members,staff or guests. ( My understanding is that his contact with my staff was verbally abusive in nature with leads me to believe this is where his comment about the staff came from)Membership may be withdrawn with no refunds if member breaks the gym rules. ([redacted] broke the rules plain and simple)All members and their guests agree to abide by the rules as posted in the club. I simply want a refund of the services I've paid for so I can be on my way, this business has stolen my money simply because they did not like the review I left, even though it was all true. and there was no attempt on the business' part to try and fix the issue, simply taking my money, berating me, and banning me from the facility. I have done nothing wrong to deserve this treatment.
