I explained to shannon in the event she needed a mechanic or parts, we could recommend her to someone or a shop. Shannon continued to call the shop and harass us about every small imperfection with the car. She began popping up on the premises making demands while other customers were present .Shannon also failed to make her first scheduled payment on time which was october 16. She made the payment on the 21st. WE continue to service the area with quality cars and excellent customer service .
