Once again there was no said mention of a $120 service call it was 5260 degrees that day I would have waited till Monday if there was that type of a service call also did not authorize the $700 bill I have checked with Verizon and I have no missed calls on that day from that said number I have taken the time to go over that with Verizon to make sure I did not miss any calls you are not authorized to go ahead with a $700 repair I am in the rehab business and I have properties and I know what it cost to do a job I was in Sheboygan Wisconsin you can almost replace that heater for 700 bucks doing the job yourself I would have never had you go in there and do that for seven hundred bucks and I take offense to the fact that you said I gave you a false credit card that credit card is automatic pay on my cell phone automatic pay on my bills you may have taken down some numbers wrong I do Square accounts all the time and after looking at your paperwork the last 3 digits on the back of the card the verification code are wrong I did not give them to you wrong maybe you misheard them we're human we make mistakes I have a square account I literally have done that myself I would not authorize $700 repair on that furnace I've crawled up there and done it myself and if you called me twice how come you didn't leave a message if you so called me twice how come there's no messages on my phone because there's no missed callshave reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Yes Mr. [redacted] did call us for our services on Sunday 2015 (Sunday Fees apply) to go to his property which is a automatic service call fee of 120.00 as I told him on the phone. We do offer free estimates on any new equipment- furnace, air conditioners, water heaters-, but this was not the case. No...
company in the world that does service work will drive around giving free estimates on repair work.I assesed the problem with the furnace at his property, tried to call him several times to tell him the problem (I have a phone record to prove it of need be). After work was done and parts installed I wrote a bill and called him for payment and he did complaint about the price but attempted to pay it with a invalid credit card. and after that he just contested the price and refused to pay. I don't know how he got a national average price for a furnace repair when there are so many things that could be wrong and so many different circumstances on how to go about fixing the problem. This particular furnace was very hard just to get to as it is burried in a crawl space in the attic. it takes alot of time to crawl in and out. Mr. [redacted] did receive a detailed itemized bill and is just being difficult and is refusing to pay. Please contact me if you have any more questions. Regarding this matter.[redacted]
