[redacted] Hello, When [redacted] requested an estimate we asked him for an approximate measurement of the deck in order to provide an estimated price over the phoneOnce the crew comes out to the home we verify the measurements of the deck and reconfirm he priceThe deck was much larger that [redacted] indicated and the deck also had additional areas that needed to be cleaned such as latticework under the deck that were not described to us when setting up the appointmentWe apologize for the change in price when they came out but our initial estimate is just that, an estimate, and until the measurements are reconfirmed no final price can be givenNo contract had been signed or agreed upon and we apologize for any inconvenienceRegards Hugo F
