Review: This supposed legitimate organization claims to offer training and testing for a "one time fee" of $150.00 for the right to become a Certified Recovery Coach (CRC). They require you to pay this fee in order to take the CRC test so you can begin "training". After you have passed the test, they claim they will be contacting you shortly and in the meantime, require that you submit your personal information such as photo identification and social security number. After they have your money and information, you will never hear back from them again. I have called literally hundreds of times from my phone and have not heard back from them. I also called from my wife's phone, and because they thought they had another pigeon, I got an answer and when I questioned them, they hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and this individual locked up for fraud. I also want to go on record as stating that if my identity is suddenly stolen, I know where it started from.
