This order was shipped FedEx Overnight on 3/17/2016, should have arrived to the customer on 3/18/ There was a FedEx service failure, order did not arrive until 3/21/ A full refund was issued to the customer FedEx shipping information and refund issued to the customer documentation attached Thank you

The customer contacted us by phones on Friday 10/and spoke to a representative about his orderShe explained that the shirt he selected was produced using a eco friendly pretreat, which needs to be washedIt was a different style shirt than previous orders, which is why it did not resemble his
previous orderThe representative also advised that we could issue a full refund if he was not happy once he washed the item.Customer chatted in Monday 10/9, and said the issue was worseThe chat agent asked that the customer email photos to us so we could better understand the issue but he refusedHe said he wanted the shirt produced on another site, so a new order has been placedThe new order number is ***.The customer called in on Tuesday 10/and asked the new order not be pretreated, and the representative made the note to production regarding this. Customer also emailed, upset because he thought we were charging him for the new orderRepresentative advised that he is not being charged. The new order is in production, and we have confirmed he has not been charged for order ***We did not charged and void it, it simply was not charged for the second order

Review: I placed an order with Customized Girl and paid extra for expedited shipping. According to the tracking that shows when I go to my account, the item shipped on the 6th of August. The tracking stopped on the 13th of August. I messaged Customized Girl on Sept 3rd asking for a refund since the event I had wanted the item for had now passed and I had heard nothing from them. They replied that they had received my package back that same day (the 3rd) with a bad address, and I needed to contact Customer Service to validate my address as well as pay shipping again. I called FedEx (who the tracking was through) who told me that there was no possible way the package was not returned to them sooner, and that normally it would have taken 1-2 days. I cannot find the incorrect address on my account, and there is no confirmation email for me to refer to. The link on my account to see my order says "invalid order number" when clicked. I emailed them asking to see it, and they replied with the same email as before. I called, and was told the shipping would be over $11 which is not a shipping price on their website.Desired Settlement: I would like to see the incorrect address in order to validate it and have the item shipped free of charge due to the lack of timely response. If that is not possible I would like a refund.

Review: I placed an order with this business on Sept. 9, 2014 for a personalized t-shirt I received the order on Sept. 16, 2014. Once I received the order I discovered that the ink that was used to personalize the item was completely dull, discolored and the colors did not match the depiction described on their website at the time of me placing the order. I got in contact with their customer service department by calling them at ###-###-#### on Sept. 17, 2014 and proceeded to inform them of the poor quality of the merchandise and I was assured that they would look into it and address my concern by sending an email to me the same day. After they failed to follow up as promised I email them on Sept. 17 requesting an update. I also called them on Sept. 18 and spoke with a customer service manager that as a form as an explanation proceeded to state that the t-shirt in question had to be pretreated in order to print the customization on it and that that was the reason for the indelible ink. That was never explained or disclosed anywhere on their website. So I proceeded to request a full refund, they said that they issue one the same day. I am now awaiting to received that credit.Desired Settlement: Issuance of full refund for shoddy quality of merchandise and for failure to sell a quality item as advertised.

It has been a long time since I've been this pleased with a company Customized Girl had more order to me in less than 5 days. My order was 15 items, each with a different design. The prices were fair. The shipping was free, but lighting fast. Normally customized items take several weeks to process. The expected arrival date they gave me was approximately 21 days after purchase. Everything arrived within 5 days. It was high quality merchandise with high quality printing. I will definitely order again and recommend CG to everyone I know! Thank you, CG!!!!

I placed an order online with a deadline. after placing order I did not get a confirmation or email. after 2 days I notice they did not charged my card so I contacted them to see what the problem was. they said that they did not had order or cannot find anything about me or my order. with only 5 days from deadline to get my order she still offer to help me get my order on time. I give her all the info needed it address Credit card info. So she says the she will delivered on time and everything is good to go. but then last day I get this email saying that since she did not have all the info (my phone number) the it was not possible to get it on time for me. Just because she did not had my phone number.
