My complaint is with ThinkFast toys. They are the seller (through Amazon.com), and therefore (according to Amazon.com) responsible for meeting the selling conditions.

clearly state that there are 12. However, once I ordered it I only received one. I contacted Amazon who said I could either return the item or contact the seller. I have been unable to reach the seller at the number provided under their seller information on Amazon.com.Desired Settlement: I would like the other items shipped to me, free of charge, since I paid for the shipping weight of 12 already.
