I had been submitting reviews for almost 5 years for this company. It's more of an activity, because what you can buy with the reward dollars you earn are not so good. You can only use your rewards monthly or quarterly and they don't go far depending on the category. Over the years, if I had an issue, I would contact them for a resolution. Not only do they not respond in a timely manner, they also respond with incorrect info, because they didn't bother to read the email and address it properly causing me to have to wait for another 5-10 days for an answer. The cherry on the cake was when I took a survey that took 35 minutes and did not receive the $9 I was promised. I sent a message of the problem on 5/14/15. As of today's day, 6/11/15, I have not received the credit or a response. I have sent 3 follow-up requests with the problem number I was assigned and still have heard absolutely nothing in return. It's not worth it to fight for the $9 nor to do surveys for this company.
