I did not know that my checking account was negative. I brought in a 100 check. It was all the money I had they took it and said you are still negative. My husband passed away. I called the main office and said close my account. They transferred me to the beechview office. I told them to close the account. I do not have any money. They said I need to come in and close it. I do not drive and have bad vision. Now twice a week I receive bounced fees that are over 500 dollars now. U should not keep getting overdraft fees. I understand I should pay the negative amount from the first time.but I cannot afford the other negative fees they keep adding on...What can I do to resolve this matter? Thank you [redacted]
