this valve cover box was available. However, due to personal reasons that came up, I had to leave and take care of these problems. Up until a few weeks ago, I noticed that I had an email from the customer of this project who stated that I never provided or installed the valve cover box and he expected a refund of $100.00 for failure to do so. On 2.7.2017, I talked to the customer and came to an agreement to a settlement of $150.00 and provide a copy of the invoices and paid receipts for payments made. I will follow up with the reimbursement check and make sure that the customer is satisfied with the settlement.
