The irrigation work done at [redacted] on 9/5/was missing a valve cover boxAt the time, there were no valve cover boxes at any of the landscape supply companies up here in Big Bear LakeIt was my plan to purchase the valve cover box and put it on as soon as this valve cover box was availableHowever, due to personal reasons that came up, I had to leave and take care of these problemsUp until a few weeks ago, I noticed that I had an email from the customer of this project who stated that I never provided or installed the valve cover box and he expected a refund of $for failure to do soOn 2.7.2017, I talked to the customer and came to an agreement to a settlement of $and provide a copy of the invoices and paid receipts for payments madeI will follow up with the reimbursement check and make sure that the customer is satisfied with the settlement
