Review: I ordered a pair of trifocal glasses on 11-13-14. I received them a couple of weeks later. A couple of days after that I took them back to Taylor Associates because the lenses were made incorrect. I could not read with them as the bi-focal lense was too small. They told me it would only take a week to get the new lenses in. To date it has been over 7 weeks and they tell me they have not received them in yet. I have called them over 10 times and they say they will check with the manufacturer and call me back. They have never called me back. I have to call them back and I get the same story..."they should be in tomorrow". I heard that story 7 weeks ago.Today,1-13-14, while typing this complaint,Taylor Associates employee, [redacted], called me and said he made a mistake when he ordered the replacement lenses and they would be in next Monday, 1-20-14. I don't believe him.Desired Settlement: There was a considerable portion of the glasses that was covered by my insurance and if I get a replacement, I need to recover the cost I paid ($55) plus the cost my insurance company contributed in order to go somewhere else to purchase my glasses. If not, Taylor Associates,should replace my lenses immediately.
