The staff were very professional and the office were very clean. I would recommend my friends and family to meet with the staff for their consultant.
I had a consultation with my shape lipo the experience was great they were very informative I wax put at ease about all my worries can't wait to get started..
Choosing a Doctor for liposuction is a difficult task.
I have not had any plastic surgery yet. Hopefully I will win the contest for free liposuction and be able to re regain my confidence once again.
So full disclosure, I have not had my procedure (yet) but this review is purely based on customer service and communication. I have never felt so comfortable with someone talking to me about the areas of my body I have struggled with for so long. I know so many women have gone through exactly what I am going through, with yo yo diets and weight gain/loss leaving you with this undesirable overall look.
When I made the decision to look into liposuction, I was overwhelmed with so many choices. I am so thankful I have found my shape lipo in Las Vegas. They are so kind, communicate so well, answer all my questions, and really put my nervous mind at ease. I also think for the results they are offering, their prices are extremely competitive.
All in all, if you are looking for somewhere that will treat you like you are their only patient, my shape lipo is for you.
I received consultation by Dr. S[redacted] and he helped me feel comfortable and gave me motivation that I could be my beautiful self again!! the staff was friendly and showed they cared for their clients! hoping to go back there very soon!!!
I'm looking forward to being treated by My Shape Lipo. They seem to have impeccable customer service with my interactions through email and social media. I think this goes a long way because I haven't spent any money with them YET but they are still providing A1 customer service.
I have not had my procedure done yet but their office is amazing! I got my free consultation over the phone after sending in my pictures and they were prompt and polite when answering all of my questions.
I love the customer service and cant wait to get my produces done.. I went in to have my measurements took and see how many areas.. but after I received my quote .. which was very reasonably quoted I later found out I was prego .... but soon as I have my baby I will be right back in their office ready to roll... of course after I heel up lol. thanks my shape lipo looking forward to the new me

I haven't felt ashamed at sending my own pictures of my problem areas, and wanting to better myself body wise. Thank you Myshape Lipo for being professional and showing that you care about people!
My husband and I both had procedures done by MyShape Lipo in 2014 . We both were quite nervous upon arrival (my husband was more nervous haha) however, from the person who greeted us to when they waved us goodbye, we felt 100% taken care of. I was so impressed by the communication with Brandy in the beginning process to to the staff that were assisting Trevor to Trevor who did the procedure. We came from Canada to have the procedure done and were nervous about complications but there was absolutely nothing to be concerned about! I would love to be able to get another procedure done! Very professional, fully competent and great bedside manner. I often find even if the doctor/ or person performing a procedure is great, the front staff are horrible but in this case, I cant say enough great things about ALL the employees of My Shape. I have recommended numerous people here in Canada to go down for a quick few days to have this done! :)
Just consulting with MyShape but so far they have been quick to respond and seem very professional. Can't wait to have my work done here!
