attached Invoice. Montgomery two fees are as follows: Tow fee $147, storage fee upon arrival $61. Storage fees will continue to accrue every 24hrs from the time vehicle arrived at storage facility.[redacted] arrived at our storage lot on July 16th without contacting us first or giving us an hours' notice as regulations say (see attached regulation#14). Therefore since he was not the register owner of the vehicle we were unable to release vehicle at that time. We explained to [redacted] that in order to release vehicle the county requires E&S Towing to request a notarized letter from owner authorizing that particular individual to take custody of vehicle (see attached regulation#18). He called a few hours later and ask to speak to owner and this is when I became involved. He was very angry on the phone and demanded that I release vehicle to him as I was trying to explain regulations and fees to [redacted] he would not let me speak and then began to threaten me and my staff. I felt threaten and immediately contacted the police and made a complaint. At 12:35pm the 2nd storage fee came on.
[redacted] brother called and I was able to explain to him the schedule towing fees and notarized letter we needed in order to release vehicle. He understood that if vehicle was not picked up on July 17th before 12:35pm another storage fee would be accrued.
On July 17th [redacted] called we asked if he had the notarized letter from the owner and he replied “YES”. He arrived at Storage facility at 11:30 am without notarized letter from owner. We explain for the third time we would not be able to release vehicle to him. He said he just wanted to pay the fees without taking car and we explain that we could not do that, At 12:30 pm the 3rd storage fee came on.
On July 18th he arrived with letter from owner allowing us to release vehicle to him and before another storage fee was added. The fee breakdown is on the attached invoice that [redacted] sign and received a copy of.  Montgomery two regulations and fees are open to the public on their website.
