I had never been contacted by eservice inc until the end of last year. When I got a voicemail from John *** who is the business owner. It was in regards to an unpaid dental bill I had which I had no idea about. I offered to make payments on the balance with my HSA Visa card. Only to be told that I was too late and John threatened to turn me over to the credit bureaus. I contacted my lawyer who told me this was illegal business practice and to let him know if and when they send me to the bureaus. I was verbally assaulted by the staff there telling me that “you should pay your *** bills” and calling me a “low life”. This entire company is a scam and now they are costing me my credit score and the potential of getting a mortgage on my first home. Jokes on them though, I’ve filed multiple complaints with the bureaus and my lawyer.
On 6/27/2017 John *** was making a final to Cody *** after many calls and 5 letters were send as well as all the notices our client has sent as well.
Cody *** was very rude and said would verify with Our client then call back to work out his obligation,at this time a year had passed from time with client
and yet this still was not on Cody *** credit most people would be glad that all the time has passed and Cody *** sill had a chance to work this out because it was not on his credit. Cody Called Back on 6/17/17 left a message to call back. Our office called back was unable to reach Cody ***.
Cody *** called back was very belligerent and refuse to listen, We here at e service Inc did give Cody *** the same options to make arrangement as if this was a
new account in our office just to help resolve his file. This was not good enough:Cody *** got very rude again, I had to release the call.
On 6/28/17 Our office call Cody *** he was still very rude refuse to work out our arrangement we offered and the call ended.
Now another year later Cody *** has not made any payment or arrangements so this was reported to his credit 2 years later.
We here at e service Inc. stand by our decision.
None of these claims are true. This company never contacted me prior to or following the instances I have described. I would be more than willing to work out a payment plan using my HSA which I told the person that called me several
times. My disputes towards this account herein, in addition to those outstanding with the credit bureau, still remain outstanding. I look forward to a timely resolution in this matter.
