Review: I am very unsatisfied with a recent purchase through this company. I purchased a product tha had a picture and a description of the item I wanted, yet they sent me a completely different item. I wished to return it and recieve my original item, but there is no contact information other than a e mail request, and upon receiving the response I was even more outraged. Not only did they send me the wrong item, they wanted me to pay shipping to return it after already paying shipping to receive the item, that was not even what I purchased. I do not wish to waste my money on shipping for an item that was not what I ordered in the first place. The mistake was from this company and I expected them to take care of it and send my intended purchase. But I am very shocked to see that this company could care less about my purchase or needs.Desired Settlement: I want the items that I ordered. I want to return the items that were sent to me by mistake, and I want the shipping to be covered for returning and receiving the corrct product. I am not asking for anything for free, I already payed for shipping and the product. I just want the product I ordered without extra shipping payments in time for Santa to bring to my children! It is time for things to be made right.
